I've gotten a lot of questions from many friends and visitors to my site regarding how I define who an "excellent woman" is. It's not my role to define excellence for others.
When you read my blog posts, you can probably gather some ideas about my own individual definition of excellence (for myself), but to impose that definition on others would be contrary to what coaches do!
In my mind, excellence is found in living the life you want, and no one can tell you what that entails. Only you can tell yourself. Coaching is a process by which you are heard, you are listened to and you are seen. The role of the coach is to help you see who you are and who you want to be and support you in that process of becoming.
If you consider yourself an excellent woman wanting to live her life to the fullest, by whatever criteria matter to you, then I want to help you accomplish your goals!
